YOU- The Reality

Introduction:

The human experience is often likened to a complex interplay between the brain and the heart, where memories and emotions intertwine to shape our perceptions and guide our actions. From the moment of birth, our minds serve as a temporal hard drive, storing experiences in the intricate labyrinth of the brain’s temporal lobe. While the limbic system generates emotions, we feel their echoes in our hearts or guts. This interconnection gives rise to a continuous struggle as the brain and the heart vie for dominance, influencing our thoughts and actions. Amidst this internal conflict, a third voice emerges – the voice of the soul, a distinct and untarnished essence that remains true to our original selves.

The Battle of Memories:

As we navigate the complexities of life, our minds become repositories of external influences, absorbing values, beliefs, and fears imparted by our surroundings. The brain becomes a storage facility for learned behaviors, often overshadowing our innate thoughts, beliefs, and values. This entanglement of learned behavior complicates our survival in the world, fostering a cycle where individuals inadvertently harm each other while attempting to protect themselves.

The Whisper of the Soul:

Beneath the cacophony of conflicting commands from the brain and heart, a subtle and often indistinct voice emerges—the voice of the soul. Unlike the brain and heart, this voice is not influenced by external factors. It represents the unadulterated essence of our being, the original formation of the self. It speaks in a volume often drowned out by the clamor of learned behaviors, providing a glimpse into our true nature.

The Gift of the Body:

The physicality of our existence is intricately tied to the functioning of the soul. Earth’s gravity anchors our bodies, enabling the soul to navigate the human experience. The brain, a gift for processing daily routines, becomes a double-edged sword as it stores external influences, making it challenging to distinguish between our original selves and learned behaviors.

Reconnecting with the Original Self:

Despite the overwhelming influence of learned behaviors, the core of our original selves remains intact. Rediscovering this essence involves untangling the web of brain and heart memories. It requires a conscious effort to separate the external instructions from our authentic thoughts, beliefs, and values.

In the grand tapestry of human existence, the struggle between brain and heart often obscures the voice of the soul. It is imperative to recognize this internal conflict and embark on a journey of self-discovery. By peeling away the layers of learned behaviors, we can unveil the true essence of our original selves—the soul. In doing so, we may find a path towards harmony, fostering genuine connections and contributing to a world where individuals reclaim their authenticity and live in alignment with their true selves.
